how nutrition coaching works

Food Journal

To start, we’ll ask you to complete a detailed food journal for 7 days. Turn it in and give us one week to look through it and come up with an action plan.

Nutrition Sessions

Come in for your scheduled nutrition session and take our lead on where to start and what to change. Our weekly nutrition coaching will meet once a week with a minimum commitment of 4 sessions. We believe that your diet does not need to be overhauled – we will troubleshoot and steer you in the right direction.
