Kim is first, a student. She graduated in May 2016 with a Bachelors degree in Psychology and is always looking to continue her education. Second, Kim is a teacher. “Since a young age I thought I wanted to become a teacher”. Kim started her undergraduate in nursing. She took a nutrition class which she loved and also fell in love with Psychology. “Throughout my undergraduate career, I was trying to find the right path that encompasses all of my interests in one career. Bottom line, I love to teach and help people in their everyday lives.” Kim works full-time in Sales, and is constantly coaching and training. “I have been a client for a year and a half now for Boutique Fitness and I fell in love with fitness.” Prior to Boutique, Kim worked out at home, mainly running and yoga. “Boutique is an addiction that I couldn’t get enough of, and it’s the best addiction. It made me feel stronger and beautiful. I love being able to assist people in bringing out the best within themselves and I took the opportunity to work for Boutique. You won’t find a better support system, and these ladies are family and everyone is willing to help you achieve your goals in anyway they can.”
Kim’s favorite workout tips
Don’t be afraid to get sweaty, sometimes sweat is a good measurement of how hard you worked and I love to work hard. I love sweaty people! I love any workout with weight, whether it be body weight or kettlebells. I love being able to challenge myself by adding more weight! And I love booty workouts!
