Nina’s passion for fitness started when she joined her first gym at 15. “I never played sports so it made me feel somewhat athletic and strong and I liked that”. From that point on, she has what she like to refer to as Fitness ADD, “I have tried it all and I love it all.” From group fitness to triathlons, to bodybuilding, Nina’s done it. Nina graduated college with a degree in Marketing & Communication and began teaching group fitness classes part-time as she worked as a Marketing Manager, full-time. But in 2009 right before getting married, Nina decided to take a leap into the fitness industry full-time and hasn’t looked back since.

It wasn’t until after Nina became pregnant with her first child, that she realize that she no longer just cared about being physically fit but wanted to be fit for life. “And, now as a mom of two active boys, leading a fit and healthy lifestyle has never felt more important.”
