Paige began her serious journey into fitness training to compete as a collegiate lacrosse player. It started at a strength and conditioning facility over an hour away from her home. This worked because Paige became addicted to the anticipation that consumed her on the ride there, the drive that pushed her once arriving at the gym and the endorphins that overwhelmed her at the conclusion of each session.
“My coaches became role models and my mentors that I trusted and admired. I knew then that I wanted to influence others in that same way.”
Paige chose Springfield College for it’s strength in it’s exercise and wellness programs. She was able to continue to build her knowledge in this field while also obtaining a quality coaching experience. Paige began training groups and individuals at Mike Boyle’s Strength and Conditioning then the athletes at The College of The Holy Cross and now at UMass Dartmouth.
Paige loves to motivate and support family, friends, athletes and clients to reach their personal goals, often to levels they never felt possible. The goal is to achieve gains in physical and mental strength while developing increased confidence. Paige can’t help but want to spread her passion for the benefits of exercise.
“As soon as I entered Boutique, I knew I loved it. The energy and intensity that fills the air is contagious. From day 1, everyone, including staff and clients welcomed me with open arms. Instant comfort. I feel so fortunate to be able to be a coach, here at Boutique!”
