Alternating 3x on each side for a total of 6
Repeat 4x with a 30 second rest in between each one.
Kettbell clean + squat + press
Start out by hinging at the hip to grab the kettbell by the handle. Keeping your core engaged and shoulders pulled back, pull the kettlebell up and close rather than swinging out and away in order to avoid it slamming down on your wrist. Next, while holding the kettlebell in the front rack position, send your hips back and down into the squat. Use the momentum of your leg drive as you come up out of the squat in order to press your bell into the locked out overhead position. Think about keeping your arm almost inline with your ear.
Start with a light weight in order to nail the technique first, and then build strength by increasing the weight.
