Lateral Lunge with Ball Toss
Holding a dynamax ball close to the chest, lunge laterally so that your lunging knee and toes are pointing staright ahead while your rear end sinks down low (and back) – giving you a nice stretch in the stationary leg’s adductors (inner thigh). As you bring your feet together to alternate sides, toss the ball overhead ans catch as you sink into the lateral lunge on the opposite side.
Dynamax Toe Taps
Tap your toes on the dynamax ball as quickly and lightly as possible. You should be tapping it so hard that it moves all over the place. Stay light on your feet and raise your knees nice and high. The toe taps should be on top of the ball.
