In a tall plank position, holding dumbbells, complete a row with each arm and then drop into a pushup. Back in a tall plank, bring your right foot up to your right hands and sink the hips down toward the floor a bit. Return your foot to plank position and repeat on the left side.
A great combination to challenge the core and your upper body.
