8x Front rack, Kettlebell squats
8x Cross squats, holding Kettlebells at sides
30 second Agility step overs
4 Rounds
Kettlebell Squats
Starting with your feet about hip to shoulder width apart and holding the kettlebells in the front rack position, resting on the back of your forearm. You want to sink into your heels for the squat while keeping your chest up and core engaged, and elbows slightly up so that the weight does not pull you forward. Remember to squeeze those glutes as you lift up to standing!
Cross Squats
Start by holding the kettlebells by your side, roll your shoulder blades back and down. Then crossing one leg behind and bending the back knee downward from one side to the other. Maintain that core stability throughout while also focusing on driving up from the front leg and the back toes.
Finally, working on your agility while brining the heart rate up, we’ll place the kettlebells down and with quick feet, stepping two in and two out from one side to the other for about 30 seconds.
