“You can’t out train a bad diet.” We’ve all heard this before and it’s the hard truth. No one wants to hear it but I’ll say it. For those of you who train with me, you know I’ll tell you the truth. If you are receiving this email, you most likely have a sincere interest in your health and fitness. The exercise part of your life may be down pat, but don’t forget about the other important part (arguably the most important): nutrition.
When it comes to nutrition, it’s not an easy change. No one is 100% perfect when it comes to food consumption, and you really shouldn’t be. So we’re here to make it a little less stressful. for you We’re introducing a new nutrition platform that will be launched with the 10 in 10 Challenge, which starts September 15th (registration is now open)
The new platform is called Coach Catalyst. One of the best features is that it has an app which makes it easily accessible for you and the second best feature is that includes daily habits. Accountability is what most people need and this app provides it. It’s front and center all day for you. The daily habits will keep you focused.
Our 10 in 10 Challenge is 10 weeks of nutrition coaching and fitness motivation for FREE. It is open to everyone – not just Boutique Fitness clients. Every week has a theme and a focused task, and with the use of the Coach Catalyst app, we can offer you guidance and motivation daily while providing tons of tools, tips, and resources in our facebook group.
For those of you who have done the 10 in 10 before, there will still be a track sheet, food list and shrink sheet to help you keep tabs on your progress. There will also be an opportunity for one on one coaching with me, Kristin, where we can really hone in on your goals and thoroughly go through your track sheets to make strides toward your 10 in 10 goals.
We’re not only using Coach Catalyst for the 10 in 10 but we’re also using it for our Level One and Level Two coaching. These are each eight week programs which really delve into proper nutrition. It’s great to do after the 10 in 10 to keep your momentum going.
Once the 10 in 10 Challenge is complete, we will launch Level One. We will also be offering some nutrition challenges throughout the year to keep your fire stoked.
It has everything to do with small consistent changes that lead to big results. Remember, we always have your back. Go for that extra glass of water, that extra walk, that extra veggie or that extra 10 minute meditation. You are worth it!
