How long have you been a BF client?
I became a BF client in May 2018.
When did you first start to dive into your nutrition?
I think I really started to get serious about my nutrition in 2019. I had gotten into the routine of working out regularly but I still wasn’t seeing the results I wanted to see. I also never realized how unhealthy and carb heavy I was eating until I really focused on what I ate each and every day.
Which Boutique nutrition programs have you done?
Over the years I’ve done the 10in10 in 2018, 2019, and 2020. The 6 week sugar challenge in 2020 and the 2020 Spring Special.
How did the nutrition programs help you reach your goals?
I don’t think I would have reached any of my goals without the nutrition programs. It really took food journaling to open my eyes to how much better my body feels when I eat right. I also never thought I ate that bad until I started writing stuff down and it’s crazy to look back and see what I thought was healthy a few years ago versus now. After journaling I realized I was snacking more than I should in the evenings and even though I wasn’t snacking on sweets I had way too many carbs than I should be.
Once I started taking my nutrition seriously I have been able to drop just about 35lbs and have been able to maintain that weight loss for over a year.
I truly believe I owe all my success to the services at Boutique. I was never the most athletic growing up and even though I went to other gyms I never felt like I ever pushed myself I simply lifted some weights or jogged on the treadmill and went home. Since joining Boutique I have fallen in love with pushing myself in exercises and finding new ways to eat healthy. I am very thankful I took the leap and joined in on the Boutique fun!
