In guided stretching, your coach will teach you simple and effective stretches that you can do on your own to help your body feel its best. Guided stretching focuses on form and function to maximize a stretch for flexibility and mobility.
Stretch appointments are 30 or 60 minutes.
Each 30 minute session is $50.
Your first session will include a quick postural assessment and a general full body stretch focused on main areas (Thoracic spine, hips, quadriceps, and hamstrings).
Sessions begin with a warm up for your soft tissue and some light movement to work into your range of motion.
Depending on where you need the attention, your coach will customize your series of stretches to help you get the most from your session.
We mostly use the PNF method for stretching, which means that your stretch sessions will be interactive.
PNF stretching, or proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, is a highly effective technique used to increase flexibility and range of motion in muscles. This form of stretching involves a combination of stretching and contracting muscles to improve both flexibility and strength.
