I’m originally from New York, but now happily settled in Mattapoisett, living with my husband and our three wonderful children.
I’ve always been passionate about staying active—playing sports has been a huge part of my life, from childhood all the way through college. Currently, I teach Physical Education to grades K-8, helping students discover the joy of movement. My passion for living a healthy and active lifestyle led me to pursue personal training as a way to challenge myself and grow. After experiencing firsthand the value of having dedicated coaches in my corner, I’m eager to share that same support with others and help them reach their fitness goals—just like my coaches did for me.
Favorite Exercise:
Definitely squats! Never miss a leg day! Push-ups are a close second.
Exercise Tip:
Focus on form, not speed! Perfecting the basics will always take you further, maximizing results and reducing the risk of injury. It’s a game-changer for long-term fitness success.
