
My family is originally from Mobile, Alabama, and I now live in Fairhaven with my husband (high school sweetheart), three children, and two dogs. I’m a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and just one year away from earning a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from California Baptist University (CBU).
My fitness journey started at Boutique Fitness about eight years ago. Since then, I’ve lost 200 pounds, ran a marathon, and fallen in love with strength training. While every health journey is unique, having lived in a bigger body gives me a deep appreciation for the challenges and victories along the way. I understand firsthand how intimidating starting a health journey can feel, but I also know how empowering it is to find movement you love. That’s why I’m passionate about helping people build confidence and strength through movement!
When I’m not exercising, you can find me at the beach or pool—I’m an avid swimsuit collector and own close to 40 suits! I’m also a huge Kendrick Lamar fan and love cooking for family and friends.

Kettlebell swings and farmer’s walks!
Exercise Tip:
Every movement has a modification—fitness meets you where you are. Can’t do a push-up? Start on an incline. Struggling with squats? Use a box or chair.
Ask questions, meet your body where it is today, and build from there!
