I grew up in beautiful New Hampshire, where I developed a love for the outdoors and an active lifestyle. In 2005, my husband and I made the exciting move to Rhode Island, where I’ve been able to continue pursuing my passion for fitness and well-being.
What brought you to Boutique Fitness:
A close friend and fellow BF coach recognized my long-standing dream of becoming a fitness coach. She invited me to an open house at Boutique Fitness, and from the moment I stepped through the doors, I knew this was where I belonged. I eagerly joined the Coach-to-Coach program and started participating in group sessions, instantly feeling a deep connection to the vibrant and supportive BF community.
Your favorite exercise:
Deadlifts are my go-to exercise! There’s something incredibly empowering about lifting heavy and challenging my limits, both mentally and physically.
