“As long as I can remember I have always been a busy body”. Kinski’s love for fitness and athleticism began in grade school. She played field hockey through junior high and high school. From there, her love for sweat and endorphins continued. While studying Sociology at Northeastern University Kinski took a part time job at the campus gym and spent many mornings getting her sweaty fix before classes.
Since then Kinski has taken part in all sorts of exercise platforms from running, boxing, circuit training, yoga, spin and recently rowing. “I’m that friend, you know the one that’s always asking to try this or that new class.” Kinski is an avid dog lover and recently adopted a pup of her own; “he definitely keeps me going!” Kinski loves to cook and shopping is her weakness. Not to mention, she can certainly get down with some good tunes or TV to keep her busy. Kinski has spent the last seven years working in social services and then transitioning to sales but fitness and sweat are her heart.
“I had heard amazing things about Boutique Fitness from several friends. Once I found myself perusing their Instagram feed I knew I had to join! I was a client for about seven months when a coaching opportunity became available. I just could not pass it up! There is such an amazing energy about Boutique and everyone there, it’s magnetic! They pull you right in and shower you with support while pushing you to places you didn’t know you could go. There’s no other feeling like that of meeting and crushing your goals and I’m excited to help others find that feeling too! I could not be more grateful for this amazing opportunity.”
Kinski’s favorite workout tips
My favorite workout tip is to just have fun! There’s no such thing as a bad workout. Being silly in class helps me get through the tough stuff. Let go of your reservations and allow yourself a little humility, it will make you stronger physically and mentally!
