Working to make a difference and changing lives has always been Tina’s mission. Tina’s career path has continuously evolved while working to this end. She began as an elementary and special education teacher in her early twenties, moved on to become a licensed mental health professional in her thirties and now currently works as a high school guidance counselor helping students realize their dreams. While Tina’s commitment to education and social emotional learning has never wavered, she is also a proponent in the development of the whole self, which includes a healthy balance of intellectual, social/emotional and physical well-being.

Reverse Lunge Repeaters… any compound, total body move that includes moving weight while maintaining core stability & balance.
