There’s a super simple trick to getting more from your workout. Take it all the way! Lunge low and long, jump as high as possible, reach as far as your limbs will possibly allow… Focus on form for each repetition like your life depends on it and repeat that perfect form every time, many times, in several sets.
You can’t trick your way to being fit. Do it right and do it well. You’ll feel awesome when you do.
