The Elvis with a Jump- Begin with your legs wider than hip width apart, toes pointed out. Sink down into a sumo squat; keep your torso upright and your chest tall. Now rotate through your hips, pivoting your foot and turning your right knee in and then out. Focus on using your hips and really feeling the internal rotation as you pull your knee in and the external rotation as you press it back out. Repeat with your left leg, staying as low as you can the entire time. Then jump. Try to land with control right back into your sumo squat. Repeat the whole sequence 9 more times.
Leg Thread- Set up in a tall plank position with your core braced and your shoulders directly over your hands. Thread one leg under and across your body, twisting through your hips. Return to your starting plank and repeat on the other side. Perform 20 to complete the set.
