30 or 60 minute sessions
Based on what your goals and wants are, you can schedule 30 minutes or 60 minutes with your coach. Sessions include movement prep, strength and conditioning, and a cool down/stretching at the end.
Whether you’re training for a race, looking to lose weight, or simply get stronger without getting hurt, programming for one on one can be as fixed or as fluid as you need it to be. You’ll set your goals together with your coach.
Fitness is not linear. To truly embrace a well rounded fitness regimen, you must also address nutrition and recovery. Together with your coach you can discuss your on-going nutrition as well as recovery ‘assignments’.
