I grew up in Dartmouth and recently moved to Fairhaven.

I’m a teacher at Dartmouth High School.

I joined the BF team because I enjoy working with people who are working on themselves, and helping others find wellness solutions for their busy lives.

My best tip: eat more veggies! They CAN be delicious and they will have a greater impact than you could ever expect!
