From street hockey games as a kid growing up in New Bedford, to field hockey in high school, to running all over the beautiful cities of Cambridge and Boston in college, exercise has always been an integral part of my life and an absolute necessity in supporting my mental health. Ever fascinated by the inner workings of the mind, I’ve become increasingly interested in the beneficial effects of exercise on mood, clarity, attention, and stress.
I discovered Boutique many years ago and fell in love with the small group setting, the 30 minute workout, and the people, of course! I’ve always been impressed with the comprehensive workouts, supportive atmosphere, and Lara and Angela’s all-encompassing view on wellness. I’m
humbled and excited to be working alongside the amazing coaches at Boutique Fitness.
About Me: I’m an avid coffee drinker, aspiring minimalist, dog-loving introvert, and mom to two teens who also loves reading, libraries, historic architecture, city living, learning, and laughing.
My best tip: Work on improving your mindset daily because your thoughts are your compass.
Focus on the basics: water, real food, sleep, and movement.
