After years of working through body image issues, I decided to start going to the gym and I immediately fell in love!
I wanted to be a coach because I want to help people feel good about themselves and help them get healthy.
My favorite exercise is taking a nice long walk with my two rescue pups, Maggie and Chili.
My best fitness tip is that you don’t have to be perfect, you just have to be consistent! Put in a little effort everyday and you’ll get where you want to be!
