I was born and raised in Fall River and moved to Dartmouth in 2016.

I am married to my high school sweetheart and we have a son and 2 dogs together.

I am an Occupational Therapy Assistant currently working at Fall River Public Schools. I also have 8 + years experience working in Rehabilitation settings.

I found Boutique in 2016 when I first joined the Westport studio. I fell in love with the studio and environment. As a long term client, I am so thankful and excited to become a coach and be a part of this amazing team.

I love spending time with my family, beach days, hiking local trails, kayaking and getting together with my close group of friends. I also craft homemade all natural candles.

My best fitness tip: You will never regret doing the workout but you will regret not doing it at all.
