Sharon is a NETA Certified Personal Trainer and has been in the health and fitness industry for 12 years. In addition, she is a certified TRX, Barre, and Medicine Ball instructor.
Her love of fitness began when she started dancing at the age of 3. Sharon enjoyed 15-years of dance and gymnastics training. She also has a degree in behavioral psychology and has worked with children and adults as a behavior consultant for the past 20 years. Sharon has always had a passion for exercise and loves teaching people how to reach their personal goals.
