- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1/2 banana (optional)
- 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened vanilla)
- 1 tablespoon ground flax meal or chia seed
- 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (Sun Warrior is fantastic)
- 1 large (heaping) handful of baby spinach
Add a bit of water to get the desired consistency.
