- 1. 5 pounds chicken breast, boiled, then cooled and shredded (or cook it in a crockpot)
- 1 super ripe avocado
- juice of one lime
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- a few sprinkles of crushed red pepper flakes
- romaine lettuce leaves
Mash avocado. Add lime juice, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Combine well. Add chicken and stir until chicken is well coated. Serve in large romaine lettuce wraps.
