Ingredients
- 1 bunch of kale, de-stemmed and cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- sea salt (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
Directions
Toss kale with olive oil, vinegar, salt and nutritional yeast in a large bowl. Spread kale in a single layer on 2 large cookie sheets. Bake for 10 minutes (or until crispy) in a 375 degree oven. Watch them closely- they go from perfect to burned very quickly.
