- 1/2 cup cooked pureed pumpkin (canned is perfect)
- 1/2 medium frozen banana
- 1 cup almond or coconut milk (vanilla flavor). I like So Delicious.
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (ginger, allspice, nutmeg)
- 1-3 ice cubes
- 1 scoop of vanilla Sun Warrior Warrior Blend protein powder
Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy- Enjoy!!!!
