- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 4 cups kale washed and chopped
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice optional
Add coconut oil to a large pan over medium heat.
Once warm, add kale and all remaining ingredients besides the lemon juice. Sauté until kale is deep green and wilted, about 4-5 minutes.
Finish with lemon juice and enjoy!
