- 1 large handful baby spinach
- 1 small handful kale, large stems removed
- 1/2 -1 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk (adjust to desired consistency)
- 1 tablespoon flax seed meal or chia seeds
Directions
Blend until creamy and thick. Serve in a bowl. This smoothie is eaten with a spoon.
