Thanksgiving Turkey Dry Rub

Share on FacebookShare on PinterestShare on Twitter

Ingredients

2 teaspoons garlic salt
2 teaspoons dried thyme
2 teaspoons dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon black pepper

Optional: orange zest, lemon zest, cayenne pepper, chili powder, dried basil, or dried oregano.

Directions

Flavor your turkey with the dry rub and it will be anything but dry and tasteless. Feel free to add any of the optional ingredients before rubbing the rub on the turkey. This rub is also great for chicken, steak or pork. I suggest not only rubbing the skin of the turkey but also putting the rub underneath the skin as well. Enjoy!

xoxo,
Kristin

Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl the rub {or sprinkle} into/onto your turkey.
