Ingredients
- 1 gallon apple cider
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 6 whole cloves
- 6 pepper corns
- 6 star anise
- 1 orange thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup orange or pomegranate juice
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large pot on the stove-top. Bring to a boil and then gently simmer for 10 minutes. Ladle hot cider into mugs. Add rum if you are so inclined:)
