- 1 1/2 cup frozen coffee, partially thawed
- 2 Tbs canned pumpkin
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ground pumpkin spice
- 1 tsp stevia
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
Add all ingredients to an electric blender. Process until smooth and creamy. Serve in a tall glass and enjoy!
