Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup frozen coffee, partially thawed
  • 2 Tbs canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp ground pumpkin spice
  • 1 tsp stevia
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk

Directions

Add all ingredients to an electric blender.  Process until smooth and creamy.  Serve in a tall glass and enjoy!

Top with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon for a special treat:)
