- Ezekiel Sprouted Grain Tortilla
- 2 Tablespoons of red sauce
- Lots and lots of your favorite veggies (I used chopped spinach, broccoli and mushrooms)
- 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast flakes
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
Place the tortilla wrap in a well-seasoned cast iron pan. Spread sauce on the tortilla. Add veggies, and sprinkle nutritional yeast over them. Drizzle with olive oil and finish with salt and pepper to taste. Cook in a 350 degree oven for about 15 minutes. Serve immediately. Enjoy!!!
