The Spring Special kicks off April 1! This is an in-house movement challenge to kick your fitness up a couple of notches. You’ll receive 19 sessions/month for the cost of 15/month (at current pricing). That’s 4 extra sessions per month for three months!

Kayla coaches private sessions early mornings in New Bedford. She is a nurse by trade and currently works at the ER at Southcoast Hospitals.
Kayla first came to us as a client and completed the Coach to Coach program in the fall. If you like early morning workouts, Kayla has openings at 5:30am and 6:30am.
