The Spring Special kicks off April 1! This is an in-house movement challenge to kick your fitness up a couple of notches. You’ll receive 19 sessions/month for the cost of 15/month (at current pricing). That’s 4 extra sessions per month for three months!
We are now providing SSR Coaching (Sleep, Stress management, and Recovery) for those who want more energy, better results from their workouts, and a better handle on their daily stress.

If you have a recurring schedule, please double check it. MindBody doesn’t always allow ongoing scheduling, therefore there is an end date for all recurring schedules. If you happen to see that it does end, we will be happy to extend it. We do not want you to lose your recurring time because of an oversight in the software.
