I was still in my twenties when I realized how many clients had issues with incontinence. Women of all ages, and some who have never had children either. After two decades of working closely with women in fitness, there’s really not much that I haven’t seen or been in discussions about. Working out, especially for women, opens up all sorts of truths about the body, about its function, and especially its dysfunctions. But no one is alone here. And there’s lots that can be done to help build confidence and make your workouts better.
The pelvic floor is that group of muscles “down there” that supports your bladder, bowel, and your uterus. True: pelvic floor issues are super common. But they’re also fixable—which makes everything better.

Plus, engaging your pelvic floor correctly during workouts can make you feel stronger and more in control, which is an awesome confidence booster.
