Ingredients
- 1 can of garbanzos, rinsed well and put in a food processor.
- 1/2 sweet onion diced (and/or caramelized)
- 1 TBS rosemary
- 1teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs, or 1/2 cup of egg whites
- 1 cup panko
- 1/4 cup flax meal
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup goat cheese.
- 1 carrot chopped or minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix all ingredients together very well.
- Make palm size patties and place on an oiled baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20 minutes on each side.
You can also make these into ‘meatless’ balls. Bake for 30 minutes. You can also add other veggies like spinach, red bell pepper…
