Ingredients
2 cups kale
1/2 ripe avocado, cut up
1 medium cucumber, cut into chunks
1 cup carrot juice
1/2 cup ice cubes
1 2-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and cut into chunks
2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 mango, seeded, peeled and cut into chunks
