Green Garden Smoothie

Ingredients

2 cups kale

1/2 ripe avocado, cut up

1 medium cucumber, cut into chunks

1 cup carrot juice

1/2 cup ice cubes

1 2-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and cut into chunks

2 tbsp. fresh lime juice

1 mango, seeded, peeled and cut into chunks

 

Directions

This vibrant green color is as much fun to look at as it is to drink. Smoothies are a great way to get a couple of servings of veggies in at one sitting. Do something good for you body; you will feel fantastic! Enjoy
