Tall Plank with Cross Knee Tuck-:30
Lateral Lunge to Double Split Jump- Stand tall with your legs hip width apart. Laterally lunge to the left. Keep both feet facing straight ahead, and sit back into your left hip, while simultaneously keeping your right leg straight. Push the floor away with your left foot, bringing your left leg back towards the center-line of your body. Immediately step your left foot back into a lunge. From here execute two split jumps (or jumping lunges). Scissoring your feet two times. Now go right back to your lateral lunge. Continue like this for 30 seconds and then repeat this combo on the other side.
Tall Plank with Cross Knee Tuck-Set up in a tall plank position with your shoulders stacked directly over your hands. Keep your core braced, and bring your right knee up and across towards your left elbow. Return to plank. Now repeat on the other side. Continue alternating from one cross knee drive to the other, exhaling as your bring your leg up. Stay with it for 30 seconds.
