Here is an alternating curl & press, which almost looks like I’m juggling. There is a flow, if you don’t get too caught up on what arm does what… You might not get it right away, but don’t give up. You’ll get it.
The lunge matrix will get your hips working hard from front to back and side to side. Make sure to sink down low into the hips and get the most range of motion for the best results.
