Deep hip stretch
Starting in the plank position, bring your right foot out by your right hand and drop the back left knee down. Hold the stretch a few seconds and then bring the knee back up and slowly start to shift to the right keeping your left leg extended out straight beneath you. Hold for a few seconds. Slowly coming up out of the position, return your right leg back into a plank position. Shift your hips up, pressing into your arms and bringing your head through. Start to peddle the legs out before repeating on the other side.
