Happy New Year! There’s nothing like sweating out last year’s crud with a full body workout that you can do anywhere! Just some water and a towel and you’ll have everything you’ll need to kick off your fitness in the new year. If you want an added challenge to this workout, go ahead and add some hand weights. You can also jump rope (double unders anyone?), sprint, or do touch down jacks instead of the traditional jumping jacks.
