Squat Jumps- 30 seconds
Around the world Lunges- Begin standing tall with your legs hip width apart. Shift your weight slightly into your left leg as you take a big step forward with your right leg. Bend your knees, sinking down into a forward lunge. Keep your torso upright and don’t let your right knee overshoot your toes. Press the floor away with your right foot to bring your legs back together in the center. Now take a big step out to the side with your right foot. Nail your lateral lunge. Sit back into your right hip and keep your left leg straight. Meet again in the middle before taking a big step back with your right leg. This back lunge completes the series. Continue moving through this sequence for 30 seconds.
Squat Jumps- Stand with your legs hip width apart. Sit back into a squat. Come up explosively, jumping into the air. Land softly with both feet on the ground, bending your knees and immediately sitting back into your next squat. Keep your core engaged and chest up the entire time. Continue for 30 seconds.
