Beautiful Burpees and Jump Rope Reverse Pyramid- This is the perfect total body home workout when you are short on time. The entire heart-pumping workout only takes about 25 minutes and can be performed with a buddy or on your own.
Start with a set of dumbbells at a weight that you can safely press overhead. Perform 10 beautiful burpees while your partner jumps rope. Now switch. If you are working out alone do 100 rope jumps. For your second set, perform 9 beautiful burpees and 90 rope jumps. Continue in a reverse pyramid until you have worked down to 1 beautiful burpee and 10 rope jumps.
