Party Trick to T-Stabilizer- Begin in a tall plank position with your shoulders stacked directly over your hands and your legs about hip width apart. For your party trick, kick your left foot under and across your body. Rotate your hips and tap your left foot with your right hand. Reset in a tall plank. Now open up into a T-Stabilizer. Shift your weight into your right and, rotate your body into a side plank and reach to the sky with your left hand. Reset in a plank. Continue like this for 30 seconds and then repeat the sequence on the other side.
180 Squat Jump- Sit back into a squat. Explode up from the bottom, jumping up and rotating in a 180 degree jump. Land with control right into your next squat. Continue like this, back and forth, for 30 seconds.
