Inchworm to Beast Pushup- 3x

In-Out Squat Jump- 10x

repeat 5x

 

Inchworm to Beast Pushup- Stand tall, hinge at your hips and place your hands on the floor in front of you.  Keep your legs as straight as possible.  Maintaining stiffness through your core, walk your hands out until you are in a full plank.  Now press the floor away, bend your knees and sit back into “beast position.”  Return to your strong plank.  Perform one pushup.  To finish, keep your legs straight and walk your hands back towards your feet.  Stand up tall to complete the sequence.

In-Out Squat Jump- Start with your legs hip width apart.  Sit back into a squat and then jump up while simultaneously bringing your legs together.  Land in a narrow squat.  Try to maintain good form in the squat (hips back, knees bent, chest up, and core engaged) and land softly. Jump in and out for a total of 10 squat jumps.
