Back Lunge to Single Leg Balance and Pass-Through-8x each side

Back Lunge to Single Leg Balance and Pass-Through- Stand tall, holding a kettlebell in your right hand by your right side. Lunge back with your left leg.  As you return to standing, drive your left knee up in front of you.  Stabilize here.  Pass the kettlebell from one hand to the other under this raised left leg.  Now the kettle bell is in your left hand. Lunge back again. Repeat this left lunging pattern for a total of 8 reps passing the kettle bell back and forth from your left to right hand.

Kettlebell Figure 8- Set up in a hinge with the bell on the ground about 12 inches in front of you.  Grip the kettlebell with your right hand as if you are setting up for a single arm swing.  Hike the bell back between your knees and pelvis.  Instead of sending it straight back, let the bell swing back behind your left knee.  Exchange the bell, grabbing it with your left hand.  Allow it to float forward and immediately hike it back and to the right.  Grab it with your right hand behind your right knee.  Continue like this for 30 seconds.  Keep your core engaged and your back flat throughout the entire set.
