Alternating back lunge with sweep: Hold the dumbbell by the hex heads and start with it to your right side as you lunge your left leg back. Bring your legs together as you reach for the ceiling with your arms and then drop the dumbbell to your left side as you lunge back with your right foot. Keep your shoulders tall, core engaged, and lunges long.
Side to Side Pushup: Start in a plank position with your hands on the hex heads of the dumbbell. Shift your right hand onto the floor and do a pushup. Return it to the dumbbell and repeat on the left side. Repeat for 10-20 reps.
