Stabilizer Thread
Start in a pushup position and reach one arm up toward the ceiling, rotating the body so the hips follow. Push the floor away the whole time. As you rotate back toward the floor, reach the free arm through the stabilizing arm – challenging your core. Repeat 5x
Spider Climb
In a tall plank position, push the floor away as you jump one foot up by your hand, sinking into the hips a bit. Jump and switch feet 3x and prepare to come up for your lunges.
Lunge with Knee Drive
Drive the back knee up, pushing the floor away with the stabilizing leg. Take a nice long step back for the lunge and repeat 5x before dropping back down to the tall plank.
